(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachment in Survey No.2696, situated in Sukkampatti, Akaram Town Panchayat, Dindugul https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

West Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner has given a representation dated 22.02.2016 in this regard. 2.The fourth respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. If encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed by following the statutory procedure and after issuing notice to the concerned parties. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
