2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 982 days in re-presenting the criminal revision case.

3. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 982 days in re-presenting the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
