...Contemnors/ Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to summon the Contemnors/respondents and to punish them as per law for having wilfully disobeyed the direction of this Court made in W.P(MD) No.198 of 2021, dated 03.03.2021. Prayer in WP(MD). 198 of 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-12. to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceedings in Ref.No.E1/12122/2016 dated 20.10.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 4th respondent to disburse the monetary benefits such as earned leave and special provident fund, to the petitioner as per the order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3434/2016/A1 dated 11.12.2019 with interest within a time fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as it may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
