Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 23.02.2017 and to rectify the errors occurred in UDR patta regarding the property comprised in Survey nos.115B/10, 115B/13, 115B/9, 115B/9A, 120A/1 & 120B/11 situated in Muthakurichi Village, Pudukkottai, Thanjavur District.

ORDER

This Court, vide its order dated 22.08.2017, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Though the order was passed on 22.08.2017, the same has not been complied with. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that in pursuance of the direction, the authority has passed an order on 11.02.2021 and rejected the representation of the petitioner.
