(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondent to conduct the Independence Day celebration at V.O.C. Ground, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District by way of considering the representation, dated 01.08.2017.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, by producing a communication from the Commissioner of Police and the District Collector, Tirunelveli submitted that the Independence day celebration is proposed to be celebrated by the District Administration at V.O.C Ground, Palayamkottai.

3.In view of the submission made by the respondents 1 to 3, nothing survives for adjudication.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
