This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned Tender-cum-Auction notice dated 21.07.2017 in Ve.Aa.No.155/ SemathoA/17 of the respondent Municipality published in Thinathanthi daily News paper on 22.07.2017 insofar as the petitioner's T.V. Room Shop in Item No.58 is concerned.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent have fairly submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be closed. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
