O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry and rectify the mistake found in in S.No.73/1 situated at Sundaranayaki Revenue Village, Avudaiyarkoil Taluk, Pudukkottai District and change the S.No. 73/1A instead of S.No.73/1B in the patta stand in the name of the Petitioner's father, by considering the his representation, dated 21.04.2025 .

2.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the Petitioner that 22 cents of land in S.No. 73/1 in Sundaranayaki Revenue Village, Avudaiyarkoil Taluk, Pudukkottai District was assigned in favour of Petitioner's father. However, at the time of issuing patta, the survey number was wrongly mentioned as S.No.73/1B instead of S.No.73/1A which is 2/5

in possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner's father. Therefore the Petitioner submitted a representation on 21.4.2025 seeking rectification of survey number in the patta issued to the Petitioner's father. The said representation has not been considered till date. Hence the present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr. D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 21.4.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, 4th respondent and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
