ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.69 of 2022 dated 06.03.2022, registered on the file of the 1st respondent Police under Section 142, 149, 380, 34, 395, and 402 of IPC subsequently @ to Section 34, 406, 420, and 465 of IPC, as per the alteration report dated 08.07.2022 in respect of this petitioners. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.69 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 34, 406, 420, and 465 of IPC, against the petitioners. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed.
3.A report has been called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, as to the stage of the final report stated to be filed on 09.02.2022 in this case. A report has been received from the concerned 2/5
Court, stating that the above said final report stated to be filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy. Due to some defects, it was not taken on file.
4.In view of the report, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved by the contents of the final report.
5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
