To relax the condition imposed in its order dated 20.02.2026 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No. 1160 of 2026.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1160 of 2026 dated 20.02.2026 that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent

police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and cooperate with the investigation".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 25.02.2026.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1160 of 2026 dated 20.02.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
