ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police has conducted a petition enquiry as against the petitioner and thereafter, the same has also been closed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed, as no further order is necessary.
