Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.SELVANAYAGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17581 of 2018 on 22.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17581 of 2018 on 22.10.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Madurai on every Monday at 10.30 am. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
