PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi to take on file and dispose of the unnumbered I.A. of 2024 in O.S.No.50 of 1977 for issuance of certified copies of Exhibits A1 to A15 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to number the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner for issuance of certified copies of Ex.A1 to A15 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Since no adverse orders are going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner filed a suit for partition and during the pendency of the suit, the father of the petitioner died. Thereafter, the petitioner was impleaded as legal heir of the deceased plaintiff. He filed an interlocutory application seeking certified copies Ex.A1 to Ex.A15 marked in the suit proceedings. However, the said application is kept pending without numbering. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above said prayer. 4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to number the application filed by the petitioner, if the papers are otherwise in order, and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
