Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Criminal Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20147 of 2018 on 14.11.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the

petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20147 of 2018 on 14.11.2018 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., first and third Monday at 10.30 am. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
