Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

2.The petitioner alleges life threat at the hands of the private respondents. The petitioner has given a complaint also. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, Crime No.404 of 2020 has been registered and that the same is being investigated. The first respondent is directed to expedite the investigation.
