ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct investigation on his complaint dated 04.06.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was registered as CSR No.146 of 2024 on 04.06.2024. The respondent Police, after conducting a preliminary enquiry, found that it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and his brother's son and therefore, they have closed the petitioner's complaint on 21.06.2024.

3. The respondent Police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
