ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.It appears that the petitioner's second son eloped with one Sandhiya. In this regard, a complaint has been received against the petitioner and other family members on the file of the second respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that enquiry is pending. The petitioner being the father cannot be blamed for the conduct of his son. It is further stated that the petitioner's son as well as the said Sandhiya had already attained majority.

4.Therefore, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
