This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the rejection remarks of the third respondent regarding the petitioner's CLAT PG application No: PG0087301 and the related regulation of the third respondent pertaining to the admission to one year LLM Degree course through CLAT PG examination 2021 as unconstitutional and void and further direct them to allocate the LLM SC category seat to the petitioner.

2. The relief as sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition may not survive at this length of time, since it pertains to the admission for the year 2021. That apart, it was also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner obtained admission in the law degree at National Law University, Jodhpur.
