O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to enjoy the property comprised in S.F.No.135/1A Punjai 0.39.0 Ares of Iluppur Village & Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by drawing the attention of this Court to the counter affidavit of the 10th respondent / Tahsildar, would submit that based on the report of the Tahsildar / R10, the 6th respondent / DRO has passed an order dated 09.03.2017 in Ne.Mu.125/2015/D3, rejecting the representation of the petitioner, which has not been challenged so far by the petitioner.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the 6th respondent dated 09.03.2017.
