Considering the said submission, this Court directed the learned Additional Advocate General to produce the videographs taken during selection to the aforementioned posts. 4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the videogrpahs in respect of rope climbing of the petitioner has been displayed before this Court in the presence of the petitioner and his counsel. The video clipping/recording shows that the petitioner is not able to reach upto 5.0 mts, secondly, as per the Rules, he has to place his chin on the point marked at the end of 5.0 mts which he failed to do, hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
