ORDER

The petitioner claims promotion to the post of Assistant Manager in the respondents Corporation. Prior to filing of the Writ Petition, he made a representation to the Government seeking for such a promotion and in one representation dated 02.05.2022, the first respondent herein had rejected the petitioner's request through the proceedings in Letter No.2625/C2/2022-1, dated 23.06.2022. Thus, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order of rejection dated 23.06.2022, liberty is hereby granted to him to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
