Common Prayer:Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to postpone the tender dated 09.08.2017 by publishing the tender notification required on the light of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in tenders Act for the Shop No.4, 5 and 6 of Anna Bus stand, Nagercoil Municipality, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and thus render justice.

When these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has fairly submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous, as a fresh notification is going to be issued by the third respondent shortly. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in these matters. Hence, these petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
