ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents to take a necessary action on the petitioners' representations dated 04.03.2023 and 18.03.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioners in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representations of the

petitioners dated 04.03.2023 and 18.03.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a reasonable opportunities to the petitioners and all interested parties.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
