ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the first information report in Crime No.160 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Cr.No.160 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, which is taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, in C.C.No.594 of 2025.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, provided if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
