ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 2 to 7 herein, to remove the illegal unauthorized construction made by the 8th Respondent in Survey Nos.63/3A and 63/2A situated in Panasamakottai Village, Thirumanavayal Panchayat, Uthaiyachi Group, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 10.02.2020 and 05.10.2020 within a stipulated period.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the eighth respondent has produced a copy of the building plan approved by the authority concerned.

3. In view of the same, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, has become infructuous. If there is any deviation/violation, it is for the petitioner to seek remedy before the authority concerned. 3/5

4. In the result, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
