This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.464 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the facts in this case are similar to the facts covered by the Judgment of this Court reported in 2018-2-L.W.(Crl) 606 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

State Rep. by Inspector of Police, Velayuthampalayam Police Station, Karur District]. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would also submit that the facts are similar to the facts covered in 2018-2-L.W.(Crl) 606 [cited supra]. 4.Taking note of the above said submissions that the facts of this case is covered by the Judgment of this Court reported in 2018-2-L.W.(Crl) 606 [cited supra], the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.464 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
