O R D E R
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his brothers Viz., M.Durairaj, M.Chinnaiyan and V.Thirunavukkarasu and their family members while performing poojas and participating in the Vaikasi festival in Arulmigu Sangenthi Muthayyanar Temple by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's representation is pending before the third respondent for consideration. He further submitted that within a week, the petitioner's representation will be considered by the third respondent. 3.In view of the above submission, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2023 and pass orders on its own merits within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved over the out come of the representation, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings.
With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
