The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to ensure that the age, education, communal reservation and 3km radius rules are strictly followed without any deviation, in the recruitment to the post of Noon Meal Organizers, Panchayat Union Primary School, Ponnampatti, Porundhalur (Post), Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the notification issued for the recruitment to the post of Noon Meal Organizers itself was cancelled by the Department https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.14419 of 2020 on 08.10.2020, as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
