2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to conclude the investigation and file final report. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents states that within a period of four weeks, final report will be filed.

4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
