Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the 1st Additional District Munsif,Madurai Town,Madurai to dispose the petition in R.C.O.P.No.193 of 2011 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon`ble Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.13/09/2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, Madurai in D.No.72 dated 09.02.2022, and this Court made the following order this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 13.09.2021, has directed the learned I Additional District Munsif, Madurai, to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.193 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Now, the learned District Munsif has submitted a letter, dated 09.02.2022, stating that the petitioner filed the application to implead the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent and the same was numbered as I.A.No.193 of 2022. Then, the said application is pending for filing counter. Therefore, the learned District Munsif seeks further three months time for disposal of the said case.
