ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.
2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is presently in occupation of the petition mentioned shop. It has been allotted for Self Help Group. The petitioner is a member of the Self Help Group.
3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation would state that on account of the audit objection, there is a proposal to bring the shop to public auction.
4. Be that as it may, the only request made by the petitioner is that the fair rent for the shop must be fixed. She has given a re-presentation in this regard. The respondent is directed to dispose of the representation on merits and in accordance with law. This writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
