The petitioner with a grievance that he has been cheated 1/4

by a Chit fund Company, has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and has approached this Court that his complaint was not enquired by the second respondent.

2.Mr.A.S. Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired by the second respondent and it was closed as the complaint is with regard to money transaction. 3.Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy either before the Chit Registrar or by filing a private complaint. No costs.
