ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2023, for the offence under Section 3(c) r/w. Sections 4, 5(m), 5(i) r/w. Section 6 of POCSO Act and 363 I.P.C, on the file of the Court of Special for Exclusive Trial of Cases under 1/3
POCSO Act Thoothukudi.
2. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the victim is aged about 10 years, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
