ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking consideration of a representation given by the petitioner by which representation, the petitioner seeks revisitation of the fare amount for the coracle which he is running and to fix an other rate. This Court can ever enter into the jurisdiction of the second respondent to determine the fair of the coracle.
2. It is purely an issue which is based on facts ascertained by the second respondent. The Court is not issuing any such mandamus but, only expressing a hope that the second respondent would discharge his / her official duty in the manner known to law, which would also include examining any representation given by any individual. Observing as above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
