ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The writ petitioner and the third respondent are brothers. Their parents have since passed away. It appears that the third respondent had already obtained a legal heir certificate. The petitioner only wants a copy of the same. The second respondent is directed to issue a copy of the legal heir certificate already issued to the third respondent, if available in their records. If not, the second respondent shall hold enquiry and issue legal heir certificate as sought for by the writ petitioner.
