ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint Mr.A.Raja, Advocate vide Roll No.MS.No.254 of 2004 from Madurai and Mr.M.Farhathullah, Advocate vide Roll No.1529 of 2006 from Dindigul as Additional Public Prosecutors for the assistance of the Special Public Prosecutor in the case in Spl.S.C.No.112 of 2015 pending on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.06.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the request made by the petitioner, dated 12.06.2020 is kept considered by the third respondent to assist the prosecution.

3. Considering the said submission, the third respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner, dated 12.06.2020 to appoint Mr.A.Raja, Advocate vide Roll No.MS.No.254 of 2004 from Madurai and Mr.M.Farhathullah, Advocate, vide Roll No.1529 of 2006 from Dindigul as Additional Public Prosecutors for the assistance of the Special Public Prosecutor in the case in Spl.S.C.No.112 of 2015 pending on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
