When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Civil Court.

2.Recording the said endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach appropriate Civil Court to establish his right and to protect his possession.
