This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent, not to interfere with the civil dispute among the petitioner's family, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint to the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent. Now, the enquiry is pending. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.06.2022 and take suitable action on 2/4
merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
