O R D E R

The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police is interfering with the money dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, has submitted a representation and filed this writ petition.

2.Today(03.06.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, Mr.A.S. Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that based on the complaint of the fourth respondent herein, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent police in C.No.XI/16733/677/COP-GP/MC/2025 and C.No.52/ XI/ ACP/ SGT/ MC/ 2025 and it was closed on 26.04.2025, advising the parties to approach the competent civil Court. 2/4

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this writ petition is closed. No costs.
