ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by her, dated 12.03.2025 within time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

4. The petitioner herein filed the above mentioned appeal before the second respondent challenging the order passed by the third respondent in

his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A5/179/2024, dated 21.01.2025 making correction in the revenue records with regard to the extent of property situated in S.No.255/8 and 255/9 in Murungapuri Taluk, Kannivaduhapatti Village, Trichy District. Though the said appeal was filed as early as on 12.03.2025, till date the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the appeal submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioer, dated 12.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6.
