O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.04.2023.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent trespassed into the petitioner's house and ransacked the asbestos sheet and other house hold articles and also abused the petitioner in filthy language. Hence, he made a complaint to the third respondent and the same is still pending. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the the third respondent received the petitioner's complaint and summon was issued to the parties for enquiry.

4. In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to enquire the petitioner as well as the private respondents by issuing 2/4

fresh summons and complete the process of enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties.
