To vacate the interim stay granted in CMP(MD) No.8053 of 2025 in CMA(MD) No.465 of 2025 on 04.06.2025 and pass any other order or further others as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to vacate the interim stay granted by this Court vide order dated 04.06.2025.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and after carefully going through the award passed the Tribunal, we are inclined to permit the petitioner in this petition to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company along with accrued interest.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
