O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 1/4

2. Considering the rival submissions made, this Court by an earlier order, dated 19.06.2023, referred this matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. Before the Mediation Centre, an amicable settlement was arrived at between the parties. It has been agreed and an agreement has been filed before this Court in the following terms: a. The petitioner Mr.K.Rajith Kumar and the 3rd respondent Mrs.P.Nagalakshmi are not willing for reunion in their family life. Hence, both are agreed to file petition for mutual consent for divorce before the appropriate Court.

b. The petitioner is agreed to handover 20 sovereign of gold jewels to the 3rd respondent before to get decree for divorce before the appropriate Court. c. The petitioner and the 3rd respondent agreed to share equally the immovable property in survey No. 150/10 A 6 (0.04.5 ares) Punja an extent of 10.25 cents in patta No.1734 in the name K.Ranjith Kumar and P.Nagalakshmi in Chinnakalayam Pudur Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

d. The petitioner is agreed that his daughter Selvi. Sanvika to live with the 3rd respondent / mother and the 3rd respondent is agreed to take care of her daughter Selvi Sanvika and fulfill her needs.

e. The 3rd respondent is agreed that her son Master.Dharum karti to live with the petitioner / father and the petitioner is agreed to take care of his son 2/4

Master.Dharum Karti and fulfill his needs.

f. The 3rd respondent agreed that the petitioner shall see his daughter every Sunday 4.00 p.m., to 5.00 p.m., at Temple Park near bye-pass road Palani. The petitioner is agreed that he shall not compel to visit his daughter without her willing.

g. The 3rd respondent agreed that she do not disturb the welfare of her son Master. Dharun Karti. The petitioner agreed that to allow the 3rd respondent will see his son before to give prior intimation to the petitioner. h. The petitioner agreed that to return Selva Magal recurring deposit account maintained in Head Post Officer, Coimabtore, in the name of the petitioner to transfer the above account in the name of the 3rd respondent.

i. The petitioner agreed to give amount for marriage expenses of his daughter at the time of marriage.

j. Both parties agreed that they shall not claim any rights, movable or immovable property or initiate any legal proceedings in future. Both are agreed that they will decide their future life without disturbing each other.
