ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagercoil to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.1464 of 2022, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said Crl.M.P.No. 1464 of 2022 is pending for the past two years without any progress.

3. Perusal of the "B" diary it is seen that the matter was pending for pronouncing orders from 29.04.2022. Let the above said Crl.M.P be disposed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Nagercoil, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Public prosecutor is also directed to the inform about the direction to the concerned Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
