Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to issue a Patta to the petitioner pertaining to property situated at Trichy District, Trichy Registration District, Trichy Joint - 1 and 2 Sub registration, Srirangam Taluk, Innamkulathur Village, Ayyan Poonja S.F.No. 501, as per resettlement resurvey No. 501/12, admeasuring hectare 0.36.05, acre 0.90 cent in which after plot out the Plot No. 111A admeasuring total extend 2334 1/2 square feet, vide registered sale deed dated 18.06.2007 (Document No. 3289 of 2007) same was duly

ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. Representation has also been given in this regard.
3. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, issue notice to all the interested persons and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
