(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This review application has been filed to review the order dated 10.08.2017 passed by this Court in W.A(MD)No.1048 of 2017. 2.

The issue raised in the review petition has been subsequently settled by a Division Bench of this Court to the effect that 50% of the services rendered by a Thalayari / Village Assistant in a temporary post should be counted for calculating his pensionary benefits. Hence, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
