This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members by compelling them do not enter into his purchased lands based on the sixth respondent's complaint . 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the sixth respondent enquiry was conducted and during enquiry the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police and has given a statement that there is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dispute with regard to the property and he will get appropriate orders from the civil court.
