This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to directing the Respondent No.4 to withdraw the case in Cr.No. 74 of 2022 U/s 309 of IPC on the file of Respondent No.3 for an investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the stipulated by this Court.

ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.T.Lajapathiroy, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time for further period of six months to complete the investigation and file a final report.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit this Court by an order dated 07.03.2022 had directed the third respondent in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3087 of 2022 to complete the investigation and file the final report, since they are unable to complete the investigation and file the final report the present petition has been filed.

3 In view of the same, time already granted by this Court vide order dated 07.03.2022 is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
