RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order modifying the present condition of reporting before the Sub Inspector of Police Vijayanarayanam Police Station, Vijayanarayanam Tirunelveli District at 10.30 am daily made in Crl.O.P.(MD0.No.11410/2022 on the file of this honourable Court in Crime No.172 of 2021 on their file to report before the Sub Inspector of Police, Munneerpallam Police Station, Munneerpallam, Tirunelveli District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition of 'report before the Sub Inspector of police, Vijayanarayanam Police Station, Vijayanarayanam, Tirunelveli Distirct, daily at 10.00 a.m', as 'report before the Sub Inspector of police, Muneerpallam Police Station, Munneerpallam, Tirunelveli District' passed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD)No.11410 of 2022, dated 27.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was released on bail in two Crime Numbers. The other Crime number is No.128 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Inspector of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7511 of 2022 Police, Munneerpallam. In both the cases, petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police. He is not in a position to appear before several police station at the same time. Hence, he seeks above said modification.

3Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.11410 of 2022, dated 27.06.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Sub Inspector of police, Muneerpallam Police Station, Munneerpallam, Tirunelveli District in respect of this case also. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
