ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.243 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had lodged a complaint as against the brother of the first petitioner in Crime No.238 of 2021. For having lodged the said complaint, the petitioners and other accused had attacked the defacto complainant with aruval. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.11116 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the first petitioner is also involved in another case in Crime No.209 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police Station.

5. Considering the antecedents and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
