2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. This petition is directed against the impugned order noting the height of the petitioner as 158 cm.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner possesses 158 cm as against 159 cm of height.

5. When the petitioner has rightly averred and admitted that he possesses 158 cm, this Court is unable to find any infirmity in the impugned proceedings issued against the petitioner correctly mentioning his height as 158 cm. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
